  • Something that I saw I want to share.

When i was at work today at my Car wash this lady brings in her 04 black Handa accord and she had sap on the paint she siad but she said she got it off so she shows me where the sap was and she said she used a scotch bright pad to get it off . the paint was so badly hurt, she went past the clear. Our main detail guy tried his best to improve the damage she had done but it did not look any better after the detail job.
That is just one of many things that I see coming through our wash. I have also seen so many cars come through that are so bad the cars would crack a mirror.

MORON. Wouldn't someone check to see if it was causing damage, before going "All the way"

It never ceases to amaze me how LITTLE idea some people have about paint care.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Saw a guy back in high school do the same thing. He said something was on the paint and he tried to get it off with s scotch-bright pad. He had little dull circles all over his hood.

Probably would have had better results just using scotch (sans brite)
