    Received my G100

    Received my G100 today. I probably won't getr a chance to try it out until the weekend. I also got the DVD, & Mike you did an excellent job on it. I learned a lot from watching it, I hope. Has anyone had any problems with the MF towel that ADS packages w/their DA kits? The reason I asked, is that I bought a pack of 25 MF's at Sam's Club for other uses for $10.95 and noticed that the one I got from ADS is the same size, same color, same stitching around edge and it has the same feel as the one's from Sam's. I will try some on my car and report if I have any problems. Looking forward to trying my G100, so look for questions as I experience uncharted waters.

    Congrats on the g100. Your going to enjoy it. Never tried the microfibers from Sam's club. Can't help you out on that one.

      ADS MF towels are really nice. I've never had a problem with them. He also has them in 3 colors now, so when the time comes to get new towels, I am probably going to go with bulk packs of the ADS towels in the different colors for different things. Yellow is for my paint, green for glass, and blue for interior and other.

        I don't know if you have Sam's Club out there or if you are a member, But the MF's I got did come in a 2 or 3 different colors. I figured for 50 cents apiece I could use them for the windows & interior on the car plus I have some finishing projects in the wood shop I can use them on. Like I said in the original post, I will try them on my car & see how they work.

          Yeah, and I know which ones you are talking about. I have used them before without problems, but they just aren't as plush feeling to me as the others. I like plush.

            Good show on getting a G100.

            I've used the Walmart blue MF's and Costco yellow MF's and had okay results, I found that the Meg's MF's work the best at removing product and they just feel more plush. I use the other ones as door jamb duties and glass cleaning.

            Just remember to be patient and don't too big of an area AND clean the pad on the fly after every application or it will load and not spin like it should and you will get frustrated as I did.
