I don't know was it because I caught that same bug Ray in Kingwood is having or what but as of today I am obsessed with thinking that I want to paint all of my detailing power tools, starting with Flex onward (and there is quite a number of them) into same color/theme that will make them stand out and easily distinguish them as mine. I can easily go with glossy black but I would rather do something less common and I am ready to go all the way to chromed look and almost anything inbetween.

I would like to hear your _constructive_ suggestions (constructive as in: no pink, polka dots, skulls, flames, or anything similar) on possible colors/paints/themes.

Do you have a detaling company? Your main colors for that would be a start...

Good suggestion but I do not want to think in that way. Think of it as completely free form decision. It can be chromed look. It can be candy paint. Etc. Think of it as a car or anything else and point me to most beautiful looking / unusual paints and their sources you have seen.

I think the most unusual paints come from Alsa Corp. Chromes, candies, candy chromes, almost anything you can think of - they're doing it. Top quality too.

I tell ya, honestly my favorite color out now, is either the maroon that ford has out... or that orange/burnt orange color chevy has out.

I have painted some of my hand tools (using Chevy blue).
They sell the touch up paint in spray cans

It is lots of fun, just be sure to prep the surface before painting.
I also bought a can of clearcoat, to top it off

Now that I think about it I should have named this thread better and phrased it better. You might see reitaration if it under different name / in different form.
