  • 1937 Ford Rebuild on track again

The decision was made at the start of the year that we either sell the ford or send it away to be restored .as we do not have the time to work on it ,or all the tools to do the job right . As I could not sell it we sent it away .

We are looking at about 18 months for the build ,that is turn the key and drive away .Best of all the shop has a ex coach builder so we can have all the wood done right .

when you look at the photos all the side wood and floor has been replaced at some stage the rest is original

Looks like a lot of work but it will be really cool when it's done. I can't wait to see the afters!

Wow, that's a heck of a job to restore I bet. Would love to see it as it progresses.

Very impressive. When you're done, you'll have a calling card for your business that no one will forget and it's likely someone will want to buy ti from you, so keep good accounting for each coin you put into it.

              Very cool....

                Thank you Mike
We definitely will keep a count on what we spend . We receive a invoice each month so at the end we will no what the total cost of the rebuild was. The biggest decision later will be, what colour to paint it ?????

Darn, if somebody else will be doing the work I have no reason to visit New Zealand.

Good luck with the rebuild. Will be watching for all the updates. I like the name of the boat. Good luck and enjoy.
