Needs more options on the poll, such as No, she's as OCD as I am.

My wife does a better job on interiors than I do, the exterior; well, that's a different story.

Yep. My Fiancée is just as careful in my car as I am. Her car, on the other hand...not so much. lol.

I don't worry. My wife does a great job at respecting our vehicles. She even knows not to touch the paint when she closes the doors.

So the option on the poll should be something like she's careful no worries.

    +1

Not married, so not an issue. Girlfriend knows how particular I am so she leaves my car alone.

I don't let anyone else drive mine regardless.

My wife never drives my truck since we now have 3 cars. She knows (and appreciates) how I am so whenever she drove it before she was always careful about where she drove and parked it.
Now that she has her blaZeR2, thats all she ever wants to drive. There have been a couple of times its been in the shop for warranty work and she drives her old Contour.....which I made her keep for that exact reason.......oh and also for me to drive to work in the rain.

Not too bad for 160k miles.

We need another option that says "don't have a spouse" because I don't...well at least I can't get married until i'm 18.

Dont have a wife but the parents try their best to not drive in the rain. My mom parks her Jeep in the garage for a week if it doesnt stop raining and drives her DD.

Im the only one that drives my Jeep its never a problem.

Just keep the wifes car as clean and detailed as your "baby" and you will have solved the problem. Works here!

I voted cars are for driving. My wife can use it any time i don't need it.So do all teen nephews that don't own a car yet.I guess that knowing how much i care for it they do the best.

My wife don't mind me detailing the cars, she like the compliments but she don't mind letting a few coffee cups roll around the back floor board or garbage in it either. She says it gives me something to gripe about and gets me out of the house. LOL. She's a good woman though

I do this for fun and to relax so if it gets dirty, it gets washed and cleaned etc.. we have two cars and we use sand and calcium and salt on the roads up here so my shoulder is sore

I have a 6-speed and my wife shifts it better than I do... going up anyway. I have the edge on downshifting, but I drive it every day.

Honestly, I don't worry about it. I just wash and detail when I have time and ambition and if it rains, well, that's life. At least I know it will wash up real nice in a few days.
