  • New Truck Exhaust.

Before was a cheapo glasspack from Kragen. I bought a brand new polished Magnapack to replace it. Well, guess what? They sounded the exact same!!! Wasted $100.

Soooo, I went with a 3" Spintech Pro-Street (Race) Muffler. 3" pipe from the O/R Y-Pipe back. Yeah, it's loud now!
Not the best after, as I was solo. You can still tell the difference though.

    Sounds good!

My '64 has 2 1/2 inch exhaust, headers and purple hornies glass packs exiting behind the cab. Little loud on trips to Medford from Yreka. Radio....forget it.

Not bad. Gotta love them carb'd engines. My truck is loud, always, actually I set off a car alarm the other day that was fun.
My exhaust (gibson) is soon gonna dump UNDER my truck, thats gonna be insanely loud. not as loud as my 3/8 SMC valves..
the best sounding exhaust is flowmaster but honestly its not worth the money its restrictive if not more restrictive than stock. I want somethin free flowing!

My 1971 Ford F 100 with 360 engine has dule Exhaust with glass packs and chrome tips comeing out the side! I don't like when there under the rear bumper so I put one on each side right behind my tires. Ever one knows when Im comeing down the road! and its not that there really loud they just have that rolling sound to them! Now If I gun my truck a mile down the road my mom can hear me from are house.

Good thing I know all the cops!!!

Someone was talking about flow master! There is a diff compy that makes the same thing for 40$

              Yours sound good!!!

                Thanks guys!

I would have gone with Flowmaster, but they're like swirled cars, almost everyone has 'em! Plus, they have the legendary "Flowmaster Drone."

Yep...I agree. They are like the iPhone, totally overrated (sorry Apple fans). They are so restrictive and rob a lot of low end torque.
