ADS is a great company - no doubt.

On a side note, one thing that I do during the colder months when I order from on line vendors is to check the transit time from them you me. I typically try to place my orders on Sunday afternoons or evenings. If the items are in stock, that means my orders should ship on Monday, and I avoid running the risk of them sitting stationary over a weekend. I am in NC, and I think I typically receive my ADS orders by Thursday if I order on Sunday. Just something to think about.

P.S. One thing I also do is to have them shipped to my workplace. There is always someone there to receive packages, so I don't have to worry about them sitting outside all day.

I also order on the weekend for the same reason. Ive never had problems with products arriving frozen.

I also enjoy doing business with ADS. Never had any troubles.

Also, from the other end of the spectrum, be careful about ordering paste wax in the hottest part of the summer. It can get unbelievably hot in the big trailers going from depot to depot. I've seen paste wax being poured out of a tin before.

Once again Rick shows what a stand up guy he is. This is one of the resons I order from ADS. Its really a pleasure doing business with him. Way to go Rick.

Any standard shipment through UPS is insured for $100.00 at no additional cost. The shipper should be able to make a claim for the items damaged in shipment.

That is why I don't order car chemicals in the winter! Having a signature required for delivery is not practical unless you know someone will be home when it is delivered. Otherwise you will be playing tag with UPS and it will take forever to get your shipment.

Props to Rick for replacing the products! He didn't really have to do that but he went the extra mile.

I have never had a problem with ordering from ADS...I love how nice and neat all the packing is. While it takes a while to unpack all of it, its better knowing that everything is safe on the trip over and shows that he cares about getting you your products intact the first time!!
