The M135 sounds like the gallon jug is full of rocks
I used my Infa-red gun and checked the containers they were 16 F and frozen solid.
I talked to Rick at ADS and he said they never had a problem in the winter unless no one was home and it sit out all day.
I was home when it arrived but it sit in nearby town in a unheated trailer for 60 hours before being loaded on the delivery truck and the temp was sub-zero temps during that time.

Since this is my first time to use NXT 2.0 and M135 and #39 if they don't perform to my expectations I guess I will not know if it is because it was frozen or if it don't live up to all the hype.
The NXT is like a brick just solid
This is for me a lesson learned I will buy everything in the summer time and probably local where I can see what I'm buying

Thaw then shake up. If they mix fine then they should be good. Feel free to post photos once they are mixed and we can tell you if they look normal.

I believe Meguiar's mentions a shelf life of 5 years or so unless the products freeze, then odds are they're no good any more. I would contact Rick at ADS again and ask for replacements. I know I would not use any of those products if they were basically frozen solid as it would probably just be a waste of time.

Yeah, NXT is probably gone. When a wax freezes, it's no good.

Be sure to set the products on a towel when thawing - those bottles could have cracked.

why accept a defective product? just send off an email and get them replaced, theres no point risking use when they may do damage or not work effectively.

Can't you file a complaint with UPS? If it was damaged(frozen) in thier handling, maybe they will replace it?

I work for UPS-- Not sure if that will fly. UPS can't control the weather, but if ADS won't help you out, for sure try to talk to UPS.

Ask UPS customer service about what you can do to prevent freezing products. I live in WA, so it isn't a problem for us.

My question would be why would it sit for 60 hours? That is 2 1/2 days of not moving must of been a Friday shipment. Seems like that would be a problem for most items being shipped that day.

Looks like Rick and ADS is a real stand up company.
He is going to replace the frozen products.
My UPS delivery man said UPS will not honor claims for frozen items but Rick said he would file a claim on his end.
The gallons were wrapped with bubblewrap and then foam peanut hulls around them and with all that insulation it would have made it but they left it sit on a unheated trailer for 52 hours in sub zero temps.
Since UPS has no heated warehouse it is their fault that this stuff is ruined.

UPS says a lot of things, then they change their mind when you fill in the paperwork. I've had it happen a few times with UPS.

File a complaint w/UPS anyway, nothing to loose only to gain. Push the issue too ie: request a supervisor or a delivery zone rep to atbitrate the claim w/their insurance co.

A little OT here. But do they just leave the products outside if you are not at home? Here UPS or FedEx or whatever, don't leave the products, they leave a note with a phone number, so you can tell them when you are at home and they will deliver it then.

I agree, file a complaint anyways and tell them you are really not happy. They will probably tell you Rick would need to file a complaint since he is the shipper, but just let them know.
