Heavy rain expected for Southern California
Here's the link to the forecast for the next few days...
We really hated having to cancel the Batmobile Showcar Makeover but the honest truth is that working on a cool car like the Batmobile wasn't going to be any fun if it's pouring down rain at the same time.
You certainly can't pull the finished work out of the garage for some "Sun Shots". Plus the Joker truck and a few other show cars were going to be on-hand and we didn't expect the owners of these cars to bring them out in the rain let alone park them in our parking lot all day in the rain.
We need the water so this is a good thing but we'll re-schedule the Batmobile and the Joker Truck for this spring when the rain season is behind us.

Heavy rain expected for Southern California
A storm moving into the area could bring the most precipitation since the 1990's. Ten inches is possible in the mountains.
Four days of rain are expected to hit the Southland beginning tomorrow, with the brunt of the storm forecast for Saturday, when up to 10 inches of rain could fall in the mountains, forecasters said.
The weather system will barrel through Southern California in three waves -- moderate, strong and weaker -- that are expected to peak Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively, said National Weather Service spokesman Bill Hoffer in Oxnard.
The storm could bring the most rain to Southern California since 2005, and possibly even since the 1990's, said Stan Wasowski, a weather service forecaster in San Diego.
