Hey all,

I know there used to be a thread like this but I couldn't find it and we've all kinda switched around because of the new and old forums. So what does your forum name stand for or mean?

Mines kinda long story. I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do (Korean Martial Art) so thats where the "blkblt" comes from. I got my black belt in 2004 so thats the "blkblt04." I have an older brother that is also a black belt so he is bigblkblt04 on things and I'm "lilblkblt04." So basically its little black belt 04...

Well, here's the story...

Most of you know that I am a Porsche fanatic, so naturally, that had to be in the name. The 'Guy' part came from my Dad's eBay account, so I stuck that in there. At the time, the 997 had just came out and we drove down to Louisville and saw a few the day it came out - actually got to test drive one!

My parents named me Michael and my Dad's last name is Phillips.

Back in 1998 or 1999 my family got cable internet. It was @home cable internet, now Cox.net. My mom's good friend Gail was over when I was trying to register a username for my e-mail. I couldn't think of anything, so I asked her. She thought for awhile and then came up with KeithKman. My first name is Keith and my last name starts with a K. I am a male, so man was added to the end.

Over the years, Kman became my nickname. I guess it just stuck.

My story is simple and boring. From when I was a little kid to adult, Every team I played on I was always #23. The Jam is my initials. Plus it fit because my favorite sport was Basketball. So you can all wake up now. Boring, simple story over. lol.

What a unique name...where does it originate from? Sounds very similar to the high standard mobile detailing company in LA. haha

I got the nickname "Gonzo" when I got on the fire department back in 1981. My old screen name was Gonzo0903 (my FD nickname and employee number).

Wheneve I would call somene, i would say" Hi, it's DaGonz", so that is what I've been using as a screen name.
