The other Meguiar's?

A link from a Site threw me on this site fk1usa.com [No commercial links are allowed; Thanks, 2hotford] where I did read that this is owned by an Mr. Floyd.L.Meguiar.
Never heard of him and the site before! Anybody knows about this product?
If so, what are the raves about this product?

I have "read" great things about 425. I want to order some pretty soon just to try it out. I have a hard time believing the anit-static clams. I figure I will do have the hood with and half with out. See what happens.

Mr. Floyd Meguiar IS related to the Meguiars we all know and love.

He recently passed away and JJ form the allbrite company now owns Finish Kare.

We used to have one of their catalogs in which they sold M16 as a Mold Release Wax. People use this product as a Mold Release Wax but it's really a car wax. F08 Maximum Mold Release Wax came out one year before M16 and it's true Mold Release Wax.

I'm using quite a lot of FK1 products. Very good line overall. Floyd (86?) was the chemist of the family, and he was absolutely quality crazy. However after some differences, he became the black sheep of the Meguiar's, so he set up Finish Kare. Different targets, different approach. He was never interested in flashy labels or marketing, he was absolutely product-driven. He'll be missed.
