Well,I can understand Mobil1 being the most popular.

10w/40 is not exported to europe.Don't know why?

Anyway,if I could have voted, would've been Red Line.I always use this. But I do like Bardahl XTC C60 with Fullerene polar plus formula.I use that on the other car.

I hear Amsoil and Torco are quite good aswell, but havn't tried them.

The Mustang went from the long time used Royal Purple 5W20 and a Motorcraft filter to Amsoil SSO 0W30 and an Amsoil EAO filter this May (no need for an API certified oil anymore). I am currently running Pennzoil Platinum 5W20 and a Fram Extended Guard filter in the Neon from Valvoline MaxLife 5W30 and a SuperTech filter.

My top list would probably be something like this. Not really in any particular order, just listing them:
          1. Amsoil Synthetic - If you don't need an API certified oil (the XL line is certified though) and don't mind spending some extra money, numero uno for me.
          2. Royal Purple Synthetic - Same as Amsoil, but you need an API oil.
          3. Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic - Super great synthetic oil (up there with the higher end, more expensive oils) for a great price.
          4. Motorcraft Synthetic Blend - Tried and true. Another very good oil that can be found cheap. Ford oil testing = great oil.
          5. Valvoline MaxLife Synthetic Blend - A very well put together oil. I'm sure the regular SynPower and MaxLife SynPower oils are just as good, I just have not used either as I can't find them for a reasonable price where I live as they are all sold in quarts.

Whenever I watch overhaulin',I see them using Red line(when they go to tuners or engine buildres).I think that tells you something

for long drain intervals I would say Amsoil or Mobil 1 or Pennzoil Platinum. I think M1 has lost some of its clout but is still a good oil.

For 5K /6 month intervals. Any Sm dino will do great.
