In Europe all the gasolines are higher octane.

I like shell best, they have v-power racing 99+ here in europe, while regular is 95 octane and premium is 98. I use v-power racing from time to time, as it is a lot more expensive. Normally I stick to premium verva 98 from the polish gas stations - Orlen, cause you can find them on every corner and the fuel is good.

I stick with Shell, Chevron and Mobil and pass up all the smaller, oddball brands.

SHELL V-POWER is the best gas out there.

its rated Top Tier Designation and has the most detergents.

and plust its the sponsor for Formula 1's Ferrari.

so if its good enough for a Ferrari its more than good enough for my MINI.

Being a huge F1 fan, and Ferrari in particular, I feel I must point out that the fuels used in F1 racing bear little resemblance to what you get at the pump. Each team uses specially blended fuels from their various suppliers. None of the above impacts my decision to use Shell gasoline, however.

We dont have Chevron around here but we got Shell. Shell is the only thing my car and my moms car has ever seen.

Chevron with Techron. I think you will find major auto manufacturers agree and use Chevron for fuel economy and emissions tests.

I've personally found that using Chevron results in less knock retard on my 'vette than Shell or BP/Amoco Ultimate. Though to be fair the only Chevron station near me is in another state and does not have ethanol in it. The local Shell and BP have up to 10% ethanol.

I personally use shell and chevron. The main reason besides offering the best gas out there in my opinion, shell and chevron are some of the largest gas company's to actively participate and invest in alternative and renewable energy. I am personally an environmentally conscious person and I think it is a horrible thing what we are doing to the planet, when we could be using better fuels.

eh i've started using chevron. i used to use arco but it sorta seemed to **** so i switched and noticed better mileage and my truck burns cleaner.

Yeah, Sunoco is the the only one to offer 94 octane here in Cincinnati,they also have the most variety of grades:87,89,91,93,94; all the other gas stations have 93 and under.

Shell is one of three companies that uses a clean burning fuel. It leaves less deposits in your engine. Plus around here the price is actually less than most others and I get better mpg.
