I had the good fortune of being able to "work the event" as well as be a participant. I was only able to attend one day due to scheduling conflicts, but what I learned was priceless. Initially, I kept thinking that the content of the conference didn't really pertain to me since my focus has not been on production or "retail detailing" but higher end paint polishing. But as things go, I came away with a lot more than I initially realized, and what I learned about the business was invaluable. I regret not being able to attend the second day. But atleast, I now know that I need to spend more time mastering the business side in order to be and stay successful.

• Mike Phillips time on a busy weekend while a family member laid in a hospital bed...Mike it could have been very easy for you to not show...the fact you did is very cool...thank you!
• Richard Lin of Show Car Detailing...Richard was simply attending the event...two days prior we had issues with our camara gear and Richard stepped in to help...thank you so much Richard!
