We use those in the garage into clean wool pads but not foam pads.

We'll have to remove the link as it's against the forum rules and my job is to enforce the rules. A picture would be okay but the link to a competitors website has to be removed per Meguiar's management.

You did fine, after all we're here to talk about detailing, it's casual...


Most forums don't allow commercial links to competitors products, it's the nature of the beast, this makes it hard for people to do like you did and that's ask a question from people you trust about a product you're curious about, that Meguiar's doesn't sell.

We tried to snag a picture of the tool from the website but it had their name all over it. It's a tool made by Snappy clean, (we think), and this is just the AG branded version of it.

It's an accepted way for cleaning wool pads, so that's a no brainer. As for foam we don't know. Maybe someone else will chime in with real experience.

If you wander over to the ADS website they have a video of it. 3 mins and 34 seconds, break out the popcorn and enjoy.
