i-Tunes Radio + I have a FM transmitter plugged into a USB port on my computer,and can transmit to any FM radio in my house or garage on an unused FM frequency. Result ?? Endless Music.

I have an extra computer, very old mind you, thats exclusevly for detaling and garage work. I have some nice 4.1 speakers hooked up to it.

Just hit shuffle on itunes and go.

I listen to the radio only after I'm done with the outside work. When I'm detailing the interior, I will have the radio going. Unless I have a portable CD player outside while I'm washing or polishing, no tunes for me until the interior work. I mainly listen to the local stations. If I really get spunky, I will get the Cd's out and listen to them. I love my CD player in my car, it plays MP3s like a pro. Get about twelve hours worth of music on one standard music CD!

i'll listen to mostly anything.

but i've learned to make sure it keeps me calm.

especially when i'm working on the mechanics of a car. i always put on the jazz station so that i don't get all aggressive and worked up.

I usually listen to country when I'm detailing, but sometimes if there is a different CD in the 3 CD changer in the garage (usually CDs my Dad left in there...Genesis, Carpenters, classical, new age) I'll listen to it.

Sometimes classical music, music from the '60s-'70s, sometimes metal or no music at all.

Just about anything with guitars, but only after the rotary buffer step and the PC step, that means only for about the last couple hours...
