Well after hanging out and floating through my other forums genvibe.com and matrixowners.com I found someone who bought this cover on Ebay. I went and looked at the auction for the cargo cover, looked neat. But I was not going to spend $100 shipped for this item.
The covers for the Matrix Vibe is a flimsy vinyl piece that clips into place. I would rather have something more sturdy and helps with keeping the interior quiet. Being a hatchback the cargo area can get echo'y sometimes.
The one on Ebay is built almost the same, minor differences, and is one piece. I made it in two separate pieces for easier stowing when the cargo space is needed.
So I went to work, planning, purchasing things and putting it altogether. Here are the final results, I still need to paint the bottom part flat black to blend in more.
