  • Rubbing off on neighbors?

So as we were doing that black celica yesterday me and allen(imacarnut) look over and see my neighbors had busted out a hose. And were washing their blazer.. but the closer we looked they were using dawn dishwashing soap! And A BROOM, yes a BROOM, they followed by drying it with a bathroom towel. We were cringing extremely.. hahahaha.
Also we notice many people that walk or drive by stop or slow down to watch us especially when we are workin with our PC's its pretty amusing to say in the least. I just was curious if anyone else had anything like that happen..

    Re: Rubbing off on neighbors?

I posted some pictures here several months ago of my neighbor across the street actually standing on the roof of his late model Suburban while washing it. I believe he had the bucket up there with him.

On the flip side of that coin, my next door neighbors were so impressed by what they saw me doing to my own cars that they have had me detail two of their cars and have even been to a couple of sessions at Meguiar's garage to learn how to do it, and do it right, on their own. We've since moved so I can't keep real close tabs on what they're doing but I do stay in touch and it seems the cars are still looking good!
