Wheel Dolly advice

Do any of you have any advice on wheel dollies. I'm looking at something inexpensive, but reliable.

For example, Eastwood has these: (any thoughts?)

Don't know about the quality, but I see that Harbor Freight advertises them on sale quite frequently. They look like something that should work well for once-in-a-while use and are not that expensive.

Are you planning on putting a car on them? How often?

The ones without built in jacks require that you jack up the car to use them, either one end at a time or one corner at a time (unless you have a lift). That can become annoying very quickly if your car isn’t really easy to lift up.

This is a 'not-very-often' deal. I'm putting a '66 Mustang on them while I move it around to work on in my 3-car garage with a 1.5-car opening.
