  • Great Day.....

Well today I went to go get my truck inspected and as usual its looking really really good thanks to Megs and MOL. I took it to the mechanic and he came back in and asked wow thats one clean truck. Do you ever drive it?..... I was liek yup look at the odometer it says 12028 miles. After all that he was filling out the papers and the rest of the mechanics came in and all just stared at my truck for what seemed like hours on end.... made me feel really good, and ofcourse they had to touch it which kinda made me mad but in a sense that gave me the opportunity to use my new bottle of Speed Detailer.... lol. (oh and since I have a truck I also get my crawler out adn clean the under side as well, like the axle, drive shaft and what not, If I see a hint of rust out comes the spray can. The underside is as clean as the top side).

I thought Id post this and maybe u guys can post a similar story about showing off ur clean ride. But this really made my day, hopefully i got a customer or 2 out of it. Thanks again to Megs and all the professionals at MOL for all the help and tips u guys give

Good job! That's a great feeling isn't it. It's funny about them touching it, that always seems to happen. Everyone has to feel if it's as smooth as it looks. I don't mind as long as they don't have rings.

In a way Im kinda glad he does that it kinda makes me go over the area again to be sure I got all the wax off. But i think every person that I know or knows me has touched my truck at least 5 times a week...... lol its like candy to them just cant keep there hands off it, most ask how can i keep myself from touching it....sometimes i will slide my hand across it after its been waxed and just feel it, but thast the only time I touch the paint.... I dont even touch it when I open and close my doors..... lol need to teach my friends that

A perfect example of a Great Day...is when out of no where you meet some people who ooh and aahh over your vehicle and the next thing you know you are talking about paint care and they are requesting your business card. I have noticed this happens to my bride all the time. I am going to go out on a limb here and say it is because she is a whole bunch more attractive than I am and the upside is she knows the owner.
The way a person treats their car is a direct reflection of how they treat themselves
