  • The "Accidental" President

And that is not a jab at his well known trips and stumbles, but rather an observation that he is the only man to become President who was not elected to even the Vice Presidency.....and Gerald Ford passed away today at age 93.

Sad timing for his family, I'm sure.

I remember when Ford took office in 1974. I was only 17 at the time.

Nelson Rockefeller was his vice president. Nelson visited our high school in 1975. I have his photo in my school yearbook.

      Where have the years gone!
