Based on Fine Living's website, there is no date as of today. Here is what I found:
Series name - What's your time worth?
Episode - FLWTW-112 Traveling Car Detailer
Description - A mobile auto detailer who saves you hours spent at the car wash
This is just one of the topics that will be aired during that episode.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
Also, the webpages shows it as the 12th episode out of 12. The first episode aires 2-18-07. Sounds like we are going to have to wait a while before it aires.

Would it be possible to upload a segment of show to youtube...?

You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.
Joe...Once again you are the man...what did I tell ya about that personality!
As for recording the event, contact the network and ask for a production copy, they should be able to provide this at no charge.
Also, market this event and do a press release ASAP in your service area!
Way to go Joe,
nope.

Most of the time when someone is a part of a productions or interview where they took part, they can be provided copies.
This is what happened to us a couple years back and when we asked about it, we were given what they called production copies.
I would recomend contacting your primary contact Joe and ask them if you can get a clear copy right from the source...it won't hurt to try and the quality will be killer!
