Mine was the same way.I just cleaned the snow off the windows. While driving the car , I stopped and the snow on the roof slid down on the windshield, blocking my vision. That the pitfalls of having a well waxed car.

We were so lucky in the Des Moines, Iowa area! We dodged that thang!! No snow, and my '91 Cadillac Brougham is clean and shiny! Life is good.

Is that a shovel leaning on the front of your car...
I'm going to have nightmares that you used that to clean off that car... lol

        Congratulations on the win!

NO! lol. A chisel maybe. The doors were frozen to the frame. took an hour to get it open.
Our other car is in the garage.clean for now. I'll let the sun melt it off the car.

I still see some paint exposed in those pictures. You could have used the time it took to snap those pictures to apply more NXT to those areas.

*sigh* For some reason the "degree" character keeps screwing up my post. I'll try again later. It's really freaking cold here right now and I had a funny story about it. But I've tried typing it twice now.

                    Hey Kelly,
we dodged that bullet here in Indiana, atleast where I'm at, but it's pretty cold. I bet winning first prize in the monthly drawing takes a little sting out of it!

Zero snow in Indy! Maybe we'll be able to stay out of the storm track for awhile! We did have tropical storm winds though!

Looks like it will be awhile before you can use the new PC. It will be worth the wait though.

Got 1/2 in of ice, then about 1.5 inches of snow. Made for a fine mess in Texas. The city freaks out when it snows anything more than 10 or 15 flurries. There was a mad dash for water and canned goods.

Funny you mention that.... I use to live in South Dakota, when I lived there a 9"-12" of snow is a lot but everyone still goes to work/school life still goes on. Now that I am in Iowa(only 4 1/2 hour south of where I use to live) you and you get 3" of snow, school is canceled and everything is a mess. To me its no big deal. People are dragging their plow trucks out to push some flurries around where farther north they don't even think about getting equipment out. Now Ice anywhere is not a good thing!

I used to work in a grocery store. People freaked out with the "s" word.
Like 3 inches will lock them in their house.
                              Now ice, well not fun.
