A few years ago, I spent most of Halloween in a police helicopter over southern California. A radio call came over the main frequency regarding 50 kids congregating outside a woman's house. I looked at the pilot and said, "Yeah, probably 5 or 7."

Imagine our suprise went we flew over head and saw 100 - 150 high school aged punks throwing objects.

The order to disperse was given over the P.A. and I got to control the 50 mil. candlepower light as we "chased" the kids down the street flying as fast as they could run. They were pretty tired after 4 or 5 blocks and down to 3 or 4 MPH!

That's a novel approach to deterrence, I like it!!

My '64 Chevy C-10 got hit with an egg on halloween by a high schooler that i knew (to much his surprise) and it took paint off to the primer. I was not happy. The paint is shot, but it's still my truck and it had "all" of it's paint on it.

Lucky it wasn't shots fired. LOL. Just kidding (not really!!)
