If you're going to SEMA, stop on by and say Hello!

This year at SEMA Meguiar's will have over 50 employees from all segments of our company on hand to answer questions, demonstrate products and talk shop with our customers and friends.

We're going to be doing a lot of new things in our three different Meguiar's booths at SEMA this year and we think one of these things will be a first in the history of SEMA. In our Meguiar's booth we're going to have a live connection to the Internet and on Tuesday and Wednesday I will be taking pictures at the show and then uploading them to our forum in real-time.

This will be a way for our forum members to experience SEMA without actually being there!

We're supposed to have a large monitor over my work station for people in our booth to watch and learn about the Meguiar's Online Discussion Forum as I'm posting photos and news during the show.

So if you're going to SEMA this year, and you're a member of our forum, (or a lurker), make it a point to stop by the Meguiar's booth and check out our new products as well as meet some of the members of the Meguiar's team that work behind the scenes and out in the field to talk shop and have some fun!

As I get updates on this event I'll post them to this thread.

I just got confirmation that I'll be coming to SEMA for one day--arriving on Tuesday night (10/31) and checking out the exhibits on 11/1 before heading back home in the evening.

We're not sure if we're coming up in a MINI or maybe this.

I'm pretty sure it is a Lincoln, probably around '63.

Yep, early/mid '60s Lincoln Continental sedan with suicide doors. Just a beautiful car and I kick myself for not buying the near perfect one I found back in '87 (white with black & white leather interior, all service records in two boxes in the trunk, fully optioned) with an asking price of $4250. Idiot!!!!

Yep it's a '64 Lincoln beautifully restored by a good friend and MINI member of my club. The car is freakn HUGE!!!!!! 3 days wasn't enough time to polish this thing out. Actually, the car was painted and poorly finished by the painter--sanding marks were still left behind, scratches, and pieces that were taped off instead of removed leaving unpainted edges.... despite that, it still looks great.

                      Here's another pic

That's a nice car. Any word on the times for the live pics it is going to be nice to see some of what goes on at sema.

I get into town on Monday sometime and start uploading photos when I get back to the hotel. We should be sharing photos from the event starting Tuesday morning continuing on through the week.

Should be a lot of fun!

It's always the first week of November, what I meant was that I would be arriving into Las Vegas on Monday October 31st and that night I'll be uploading photos...

SEMA starts in 12 days. Don't get panicky now George!
