What a compliment !!!

I detailed this car (this is the after shot) this week for a good friend of mine....the owner also has an Escalade...the owner of the Cadillac dealership is a personal friend of my friend and saw the XLR yesterday...he asked who detailed the car so my buddy told him and the dealership owner said "does he want a job ?..I've never seen one of these leave the dealership looking so clean".....needless to say, I felt great and proud of my work...

Thanks Mike...it feels really good to work so hard on something and have it produce the results that get noticed...Mequiars products are second to none, and are a huge reason I get these results.....what a joy it is to be able to do this and make people smile ....now if I could only feel this way when I went home after my normal job ...

Yes, excellent job! The car looks great! I was telling RDVT4ME the other day while working on the Datsun Roadster that the greatest joy that I get from detailing a car is handing the keys to the owner and watching their reaction. Having them see their "new" baby for the first time, sometimes brings tears to their eyes. One of my customers a few weeks ago, grabbed on to me, hugged me, and thanked me a million times. LOL. Was pretty funny.

The jobs I hate the most are--here are the keys. here is your check, go to work, and leave the keys under the matt when you're done.

Thanks so much Richard....I've never had the later happen to me....I've certainly not done as many details as some people but each time I've delivered the vehicle, we all stand around it for 10 minutes admiring it and say how "sweet" it looks....It is by far the best part of the whole job...couldn't agree more....thanks again...
