I absolutely agree with everybody! I received my first shipment from him about a week ago and he was a pleasure to do business with. The first time the shipment was sent out it ended up getting damaged in transit, but Rick had a second package out to me in no time while the original damaged package was sent back to him. I will definitely order all Meg's supplies from him in the future. Overall a great guy and a great place to do business. Keep it up Rick!Jason

Get this!! I bought a sample 12 oz. bottle of 21. After reading the watery and streaky thread I looked in the bottle sure enough water on top.
I called ADS and Rick sent me the new 16 oz. of 21 at no charge!!!!!!
I called back and said that is above the call of duty. Kudos to ADS.MOL- Welcome to the world of real detailer's
