What spray nozzle are you using?

I have been using this for a couple years now and never leaks, it gets dropped, stepped on tossed in the corner and just plain beat up and still works great. I know many have the 'fireman's' type nozzle, how do they hold up?

I change over the one above(from the traditional 'rear trigger' nozzle) after dropping the traditional nozzle on the 'rear squeeze' valve and getting sprayed in the face one to many times!

I've used the 6 and 10 setting nozzle (jet, full, mist, etc settings) and the fireman's nozzle, yet they all break on me (maybe it's a sign that I wash my car too much? ) I thought the fireman's nozzle was supposed to be indestructible, but it started leaking and now it completely unscrews off all the way.
Right now I used the "five finger" nozzle where I put my thumb over the hose opening to create pressure to jet stream, and then use no fingers to rinse...if only I can figure a way to make a shutoff valve so I don't have to walk back and forth to turn on and off the water knob.

My parents bought a watering nozzle set of like 9 nozzles and attachements so you can change them quickly. I still like my cheap $2 nozzle which is a rear trigger and nothing special, it just feels best. Plus at $2 if it gets me through a summer it's alright for me.

Your post made me turn my "inventor" side on. Not really, but innovator atleast!

Get you hose.
Buy a splitter.

Connect splitter NOT at beginning of hose (at the valve), but at the mouth where you put your finger over.

Now, you can close it whenever you want (and always have other side closed too) and use it as a traditional one!

I have had my "Ultimate nozzle" for five years now and never had a problem with it. It is guaranteed for life, and I still have the packaging and receipt in case it does break!

All of my other nozzles I have owned have lasted about 2 years on average.. and the cost of replacing them has far exceeded the $20 I spent for the ultimate nozzle.

Firemans nozzle. Most durable I have ever used. You can run over them and they are fine. They really take abuse well.
