  • Well, how else do you wash up there?

I've seen my neighbor across the street do this a couple of times but this time I just had to snap a couple of shots. I wouldn't want to have to wash something this big, but you can bet I wouldn't do it this way!!

Did he climb the hood to get up there?

definitely a ladder. I'd almost bet that he's dented some body panels doing that.

Now that is one image I wish I had been able to get a picture of. I think everyone here on MOL would have appreciated it.

I was driving back to work after a lunch break and actually saw a lady washing her SUV with a standard floor mop. I couldn't believe my eyes. I just wish my cell phone battery hadn't died earlier in the day.

Amazing!! People do the oddest things.

How about this, I was called out to a job were a guys wife scrubbed their lil'silver Honda civic down with the green schower side of a dish sponge!

I looked it over, measured a few areas here and there and told the owner it would be $500 to ge them out.

He instantly starts screaming at his wife in some Asian language-

            "qwaa-kee klaa yak - 500 dala - qwack qwack - eeek waaaa @#*%$@@#*!!!!!!"

All I understood was "500 dala ". Then he turns to me, smiles and says "OK" - LOL!l

Next time he does that you should wait till he’s just finishing up and go out and wash the top of your PT with one of these:

When Christman comes around or if you want to do it now, I'd buy him an ultra plush wash mop and refer him to this website. But delete these pictures first lol. He'd be pretty pissed if he saw them.

Hey I say props to him for accually caring about his SUV and taking the time to wash all of it.

Lots of people would proably just forget the roof and figure no-one will ever see it so why bother, but this guy wants to inspect it hehe.

All kidding aside, I hope he doesn't suffer a life-altering fall.

I've detailed a Subruban with no problems thanks to a pair of work platforms. Use 'em every time I do the minivan; no reason to treat its roof any different from the hoods of my best cars.

Yeah, running around up there with the roof covered in soapy water
