Gave 'er her first claybar treatment today, and I have to say, there was pretty much zero residue to be removed. I guess transporting this cars in a covered carrier does make a difference.
Anyway, I did notice that someone's had at the black roof with a rotary buffer. There were some tell-tale buffer marks. Nothing too horrendous, but you can see them, especially with polarized sunglasses on.
I'm not sure if I should tell the dealership or not, in case it was one of their prep people.
Gonna wait another 10 min then go buff out the NXT wax.
Nice tip with the polarized sunglasses, gotta try that when inspecting paint! I'm often almost blinded inspecting paint in direct sunlight, can't believe I haven't thought of that
"Now Biff... make sure that we get two coats of wax this time..."
