As clean car fanatics ( would we be here if we were not?) we must have car stories that we can share.... I'll start...
Last year, after recycling my newspapers at the local animal shelter (Buddy Dog in Sudbury, Massachusetts www.buddydoghs.org), I had a hankering for a coffee, so I stopped at Starbucks in the Shaw's Supermarket plaza. I parked my truck far away from any other vehicle when a woman in a Lexus RX300 pulled in about 20 feet away from my truck, got out, and pushed a nearby shopping cart in the direction of my vehicle.
I said to her "excuse me, but that's my truck you pushed the cart towards..."
Her reply?
"So what, it's only a truck!"
She then walked to one of the stores in the plaza.
The evil devious idea lightbulb went off inside my brain, so....
I walked around the parking area, gathering and nesting the Shaw's Supermarket shopping carts.... then placed them right along both sides, front and rear of her Lexus.... boxing it in.
I left her a note under the windsheld wiper...
"so what... it's only a few shopping carts!"
I went into Starbucks, got my coffee and left the parking lot. I would have loved to see the expression on her face when she came out, but I had to go to work early to repay someone coming in early for me.
