Every Meguiar's product I've used so far smells so gooood, but it's starting to get annoying b/c all the bugs swarm onto the car. Does Meg's make any non-scented stuff? I haven't tried the Pro or Detailer lines yet..

On a brighter note, after I was done I saw a bee-sized bug try to land on my hood, but it slid all the way down and bounced off
What colour car do you have? We had a bright yellow coupe/roadster that always attracted waaay more bugs than our dark blue SUV, even if we wash them together, using the same products. So my experience makes me believe that it's the colour of the car that attracts the bugs.

I only recently began using NXT liquid wax. Before that I used another supplier's product. When I purchased the NXT, I had some of the other poduct left over and hate to throw anything out. But, I wanted to try the NXT so I decided to start using the NXT on my wife's car and continue using the other product on my car. As spring came around, I found my car was covered in ants but none on the wife's car. We don't have a garage and they are parked next to each other at night.

I wondered: is the product or the different color of the cars? I decided to do part of my car in NXT. I did the roof, doors and rear in NXT and put a fresh coat of the old product on the hood and fenders.

The next morning, my car's front-end had plenty of ants but from the windshield back there were only a few ants, and those were only close to the front.

So, I finished the front with NXT and have not seen another ant on the car since.

The other product has a real chemical smell and of course NXT smells fairly nice. So, if ants can smell they must have lousy taste.

Maybe ants don't like key lime pie LOL! We have a new ant repellant. Reason enough to use NXT.

Meguiars products have usually smelled very good, even back in the 80s with products like #20 and #6 Cleaner Wax.

I was thinking about all the luxurious smells of Meguiar's products today. I was almost thinking that they should come with a Nutritional Information sticker just in case I start eating them. How many calories in Endurance Tire Shine anyway? That stuff smells way to good.

I like a good scented product. I think it makes the application more enjoyable, like Gold Class Wax, Tech Wax, Last Touch, almost every Meguiar's product, and also the mild scents from the cleaner/polishes like #80. But I don't like the smell of Shampoo Plus or the Leather Aloe Cleaner.

Personally, I think Barry Meguiar has a secret Psychology Center deep in the bowels of Car Crazy Central where doctors and chemists work together on black projects.

Never spoken of or even acknowleged by Meguiar's employees, the Psychology Center's greatest achievement has been the capablility to infuse subliminal suggestions into the fragrences used in Meguiar's products.

Every fruity sniff sends the subconscious message, "BUY MORE MEGUIAR'S."

For crying out loud, did you bother to read the topic of this thread/poll? You take this stuff way too seriously.
