anyone else sick...

is anyone else getting or already sick.

it must be going around.

alot of teachers here are feeling it.

i had sore throat where i couldn't eat and swallow anything in the morning and night only afternoon i was good. then it went to a head cold and runny nose/fever.

no energy to run, or hit the gym. i'm saving any extra energy to be able to do my work at school.

That's pretty much how it started for me. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow and it's still giving me the blues with this cough that wont go away and the sore throat because of it. I have talked to others that have been through what is apparently the same thing and it has taken anywhere from 2-6 weeks to shake. My son got it and is lasted a week. I have to think that his throat didn't hurt like mine though as he would have complained a LOT more than he did.

I owe my survival to allergy shots! Allergies can lead to nasty sinus infections that last for weeks.

Not yet. Usually, I'm the one who goes through unharmed and then when everyone is back to healthy status, I become sick.

yeah i barely got enough energy to basic work skills with the kids at school let alone go wax a car for 4 hours.

I don't get sick very often but when I do it is really bad, I remember the last time i was sick was about 3 years ago and I couldn't move.

Iam really having a tough time with my allergies this year,,i will definately get the shot next yr. They are saying its one of the worst yrs for allergies in a long time .We are getting some rain here in nj so hopefully it will wash some away.I did a honda crv today and it was getting covered in pollen really fast.I really hope its almost over because i cant take much more of this..

Has anybody else tried acupuncture? I have noticed my allergies have lessened quite a bit since I have been doing this. My general health has also improved.
