I'm not Mike, but I can offer a little advice. Meguiars sells DA's and most products at retail price, so not to compete with anyone.
Places like Autodetailingsolutions.com can put together some great packages of DA+Pads, etc for good prices. And it is still the full Meguairs Warranty.
You might want to at least poke around before deciding where to buy.

Don't know about the #21 working for the NXT. I thought a sealant was for putting over wax.
Both #21 and Nxt are synthetic waxes/sealants. Meguiars tends to use those words interchangeably, so you can think of them both as synthetic waxes.
Other companies make a bigger deal out of the difference, but that all depends on how their products work best.
#21 and Nxt are similar products, but #21 seems to work very nicely with the PC, and keep up its look a bit longer than Nxt. Though Nxt is the longest protecting wax. You can use either one, no big deal. Just tossing out info...

Just in case anybody reading this thread was still wondering, the answer is "not exactly."
They don't have product to buy at corporate HQ. On Saturdays there's always one of the Customer Care gang there to help out with (or teach) the class. They'll take orders for products (you fill out a paper form) and enter them into the system but the products ship from Meguiar's Tennessee facility. It works the same as if you'd called them at the 800 number.
Wednesdays are much more freeform. There may or may not be a Customer Care rep in the crew. Even if there's nobody there to take an order it's easy to just call in the next morning (or order from a distributor like SOLDSHORT did).
