Californian's are SPOILED

I've come to the conclusion that people who live in California are spoiled. My dad is out there this week on business, and I warned him that the temps werent going to get above freezing this weekend in PA.

Then he mentioned that people from California were complaining about being cold when the tempature was in the high 60s!

Gee whiz! Come to the east coast for a winter!

Yes, we are complaining about the "cold" weather! It was almost 90 this time last week. What do you expect us to do?

deal with it not being car wash and detailing weather every single day of the year! that is as long as it doesn't rain. but I have to quit between october and march cause its to cold

i want too!!!!!!! my dad said their are imports and high end luxury cars every where!

plus a lot of the shops I order parts from are in cali. then i pay an arm and a leg for shipping to get to the east coast.

Not to mention the low humidity in most of CA that makes it easier to use many detailing products. When the summertime humidity is high in Indiana (the norm in the summer) you have to apply extremely thin coat of NXT Spray Wax to avoid streaks. When the humidity is low you don't have to worry as much about extremely thin coats.

Last night we had some super awesome crazy weather. It was that typical before huge storm weather. Everything got warm, winds died, and everyone came out in shorts and tshirts. One hour later, hail+freezing rain. I wake up this morning and leave for class an hour early to do some homework, and I nearly had to thaw myself by a boiler room.

lol the weather was so nice until tuesday and then it was like how Calgary was supposed to be (-40C with wind chill)

all my meguairs stuff in my garage is frozen and my garage is insolated but not heat

Just got back from Walmart.... you know its really cold when half the vehicles are in the parking lot running with no one in them and no one is out trying to steal them.
