Shipping to Canada, Information/Help

Hello Everybody.

I'm not sure if this is the right fourm to post in or not but its worth a shot. I am a Canadian Citizen. And the Meguiar's Canada site has HALF of what the Meguiar's U.S has and is more then 3 times as much. There's 19 items on the U.S Site I would like to get for I think $140.00 USD. On the Canada Meguiar's site I can get 10 of the 19 items and its $230.00 CDN. So what I would like to know is.

1. Have any Canadian Members order'd from the U.S website with sucess?

2. If yes, Did they adjust the shipping chargers. And did you get an border tax/duty added when you recieve'd the products?

3. Would calling the Information line for the U.S Site help? I wrote an e-mail but have heard nothing in return.

Im Hoping maybe Mile Phillips Can help me out or somebody. Any information would be very much enjoyed.

I'd ordered a couple times from Meguiar's USA last year. You cannot order through the website but you can call the toll free number 1-800-545-3321.
For shipping, there was one order with 3 x1gallon Last Touch, 3 spray bottles, 2 sprayers, a 5" DA backing plates and one DA Velcro buffing system. The total was around US$115 and shipping was US$24.75. If I remember correctly, there was no duties or taxes when I got my shipment.
However, the info. I gave here was almost one year old.

NX80v About how long did it take for you to recieve you items? I guess I can expect a bit more shipping cost with more items and weight.

Just to be clear, you live in Canada, but you were able to order products from Meguiar's USA over the phone and have them shipped to you in Canada?

Greg Morton is the General Manager at Meguiar's Canada. I know that you are supposed to email Customer Service but they will never get back to you.
