I had a professional Paintless dent remover spend a couple hours on my jeep, and it was well worth it. I was charged $20/ dent, and while it wasn't cheap, it fixed many things that caused eye sores.

Just like detailers, there are good and bad.

There was one professional in our area that got all my referrals and in-house work. Lots of vendors and fly-by-nighters had trucks and vans driving around, doing this kind of work, but some of them were hacks.

The bad ones put knots in the metal or chip paint routinely. A friend and customer of mine got a "good deal" on his LS400: $100 for the whole vehicle. Yes, the dents were gone....mostly...but he had a few knots in their place along with an 8" scratch on the right rear door window. The tech told him, "That's just how it goes sometimes"!

Shop around, ask for references, and learn their reputation.
See the big picture, enjoy the details

no it is a tool that you use to pull the dents yourself i dont want a shop to pull the dent and repaint a small part of the car cause then i cant wax a 2 inch section and that would be in convenient

chances are..no it wont work for you, maybe with practice theyre okay but you wont get good results out of the box

to be a good paintless dent man takes years of practice..ask around to find a good one and use him....job done!!

            Well,
I have one, and for $19.99 it's okay. I got it last summer to play around with on our old car and after a few attempts it worked pretty well. It might take 3-4 attempts on one area depending on how large the ding is, and no, it's not perfect, but it is noticeably better than it was. I would not use this on a customers car and I don't advertise for dent removal. I just got this one to play around with on our old Grand Am and it did work pretty good on flat areas. If the area is curved, then it didn't pop out.
I had a friend with a Red S-10 pick up who got door dinged by someone at work, I told him he could use it at his own risk and if something bad happens, it's his baby. He agreed and I helped him use it and on the first attempt it made the dent look 90% better. It wasn't perfect, but it was barely noticeable as before it was an eye sore. Like everyone has suggested, if your wanting a professional job, go to a professional.

            Just my 2 cents...

                Sneek:
If your wanting it to look like nothing ever happened, then I would say it's not what your looking for. I have used on my black Grand Prix and it did improve a couple dings considerably and I've yet to see it harm the paint. Are they pefect, no, but I am content with the spots and it was 20 bucks, hard to argue with that. Both my vehicles are daily drivers, so you have to expect something once in a while.

                  Re: Ding King? Dent puller

                  http:// carstyleonline.co.uk

I had a few dents once, my fault though! Reversed into a pole.

Searched Google for dent pullers and eventually found www. carstyleonline.co.uk and bought a car dent puller.

They've got two different sizes so I chose the smaller £4.99 with free delivery. The suction cup managed to pop out the dent so I'm very happy!

                  Regards.

PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) is where they pull the dents without having to repaint anything. It is like a professional version of the Ding King that actually works.
