I ran into this item in the clearance aisle of Target yesterday. The price was only $2.48. I would have picked it up but didn't see any future buffing.
It's made by roadchamps and it's pretty cool. You basically start off with a dirty brown 1955 Chevy BelAir, add some water (or pretend diamond cut compound) to the DeWalt (b/c it's yellow) cordless rotary buffer, and start scrubbing the caked on dirt off to showcase an awesome shine. It even came with a 1" x 1" microfiber for polishing.
Pretty cool, too bad it's on Clearance.
