Frankly, no. Unless he can prove himself able to speak/write in a format other than one appearing to have originated from Yoda, I'd steer clear.
I wouldn't say it is a "lack of ability to be honest" but over eBay specifically, as a general rule, it's best to deal with people who you can be 100% certain you can communicate effectively with.Comment
