    I believe you are correct. I saw under the hood of a Lucerne CXS yesterday (Monday) with the 4.0L northstar V8. From what I could tell, it appeared that the resevoir was wrapped in some sort of blanket/insulation material, which probably had a heating element in it. I didn't have much chance to investigate that thoroughly, though.
