Even though I drive a Ford and my wife drives a Kia mini-van, I love the Hyundai Sonata.

Yeah, they really have gone leaps & bounds with the new Genesis Coupe & Sedan as well. Having been known to put out junk at first (like many other car manufacturers), they are now giving the Japanese/American automakers a run for their money.

Subaru all the way. I just got a 2005 Impreza RS 3 months ago. The all wheel drive is a lot of fun, I can't wait for winter!!

Subaru. They have the best AWD system in the world in my opinion.

                        Re: Favorite Import Brand?

I voted Mitsubishi because I recently purchased one, and it's really been fun to drive around so far. I've owned one Toyota Corolla (Used) and a Honda Civic (Purchased New), as well as an Accord (Also Purchased New.) In my opinion, you just can't beat Japanese auto reliability. Unless its a classic, or a brand spanking new truck, I can't see myself buying an American made car anytime soon. But, if I had some extra cash, I'd definitely be getting myself some old school Mopar muscle, and an Audi R8. Just my two cents.

And please don't anyone take my comments the wrong way. Like I said, its just my opinion. Besides, proper maintenance, like everything else, will determine how long your car will keep going.

I've had a 1200, Stanza wagon, Pathfinder, and an Armada all with over 100,000 miles while my wife has had an Altima and Maxima, a good guess would be Nissan. Peek at my avitar, that's the power plant in the Armada!

I won't own anything non-domestic.... so if I had to pick I'd say Lambo/Ferrari/Porsche since they don't really compete with American brands.
