Re: At what temp will you hand wash your vehicle?
I'll wash if its over 40 and the wind isn't to harsh. I do cheat a little. I use a pair of RedHead Neoprene Waterfowler's Gloves that i got at Bass Pro Shop. I had a gift card that i got for xmas and since i am not a hunter, this was the perfect way to use my card and still feed my car care addiction. The 13" pair comes up over my forearms, and while they are not 100% water proof my hand have never gotten cold. just make sure to put them on before your hands get cold and wet. Hey, looks like they are on sale now for $14.94 too.

If its mid-morning to mid day I'll use regular temp water, but if its early morning or later in the evening, I will use warm water. Say! does water temp make a difference to the soap or washing the dirt off of the car? Just wanted to know."Surely you can't be serious!?"
