I'm 39 and holding.... I have been using Megs for about 16+ years. I have tried a lot of other products, Megs is the best. It also has this great web site that is VERY HELPFULL, thanks to all!!
I am 61,a runner, I took a detail job from a retail management position as a bridge to another position in management but fell in love with the challenge and artistry of detailing and have been doing it for 30 years!
Hi,
I'm Dave, 57 yrs old and have been using Mirror Glaze (especially H-7 glass bottle) since 1965. I started using it because my next door neighbor used it on his '61 Impala(and it always smelled like bananas). I was 14 yrs old at the time and had just purchased a '52 chevy, no engine, no interior, no title. To make a long story short I painted it in my Mom's basement with 27 coats of butternut yellow lac. and Hand rubbed it out after color sanding with 600 paper......it took me all summer. No buffer in those days, at least not for me.
BTW.... What's happened to H-7, is it called something else now?
I'm still an Old schooler , I need my lacquer and H-7 and I'm a happy camper. No thanks to the euros.....I know, I know.....but give me some black lacquer and H-7 and I'll show you depth that I haven't seen with the euros.
Ducking head....
I am 33. I have been using Megs for the last 10 years or so. Only started doing detailing as a business for about 5 months now. I can remember turning 16 and my parents limiting me to washing my car twice a week. I snuck behind their backs and cleaned almost every day.
