Personal Room Sale!! NEED TO SELL!

What you are reading about below is an assortment of items that I have up for sale due to a HUGE misfortune in my life.
The story behind this sale is as follows:
I was recently scammed out of almost $5000 by a person who pretended to be my friend for a long time, 3 years in fact. He told me he was getting a title loan on his car to repay a personal loan from me that happened a long time ago. However, I had no idea that he would steal the title to my car and use me to get the loan. As a result, I missed a few of the payments he told me he was paying, and my $3000 2001 Mazda Millenia was repossessed while I was very sick at home.
I'm currently in a lawsuit with him right now, and I'm also in the process of recuperating very little of my money by gaining a second job as a new car inventory specialist at my local Ford dealer (getting there only by borrowing my mom's and sister's cars). I have now turned to selling some of the items that I am very reluctant to sell, but needs must, so the list of items is described below.
1. **MINT, IN BOX** LIONEL O-Scale Northwest Special Freight Train Set + Extra Track and Rolling Stock
Set includes:
-1 CP Rail Locomotive with Sounds (powered)
-3 CP Rail Freight Cars (assorted; 1 includes a search light)
-1 CP Rail Caboose
-1 Delaware and Hudson boxcar (bought separately)
-1 LIONEL Power Pack w/ Sound Controls
-40" x 60" of original track
-Figure 8 Extension pack
-2 3' sections of straight track
Price is set at $400 o.b.o.
**Keep in mind that the original set itself cost me over $325 with tax; extra track cost at least $50-75 more**
2.HPI Racing RTR E10 RX-7 (FD3S) Drift R/C Car
This car is ready to run as it sits, and unfortunately is out of it's box. I put some aftermarket black wheels with performance tires for a tiny bit more grip. It's a brush-less electric powered car and comes with the following:
-RX-7 Drift Car
-Battery Pack
-Remote Control
-Original plastic rims and tires for drifting.
This car was originally priced at around $200-220, but with it being out of the box, I'll take $150 o.b.o. without the aftermarket rims, and $175 o.b.o. with them on.
3rd Generation Radio Shack XMods R/C Nissan GT-R (R35)
It is out of box, a little scratched up in certain places, but it runs perfect, and it's WICKED fast.
Comes with:
-Radio Shack Rechargable AAA batteries (requires 4 batteries)
-Battery Charger
-Controller w/ Band 1 chip
-R35 GT-R R/C Car w/ removable body
These cars were something like $60 brand new, but I'll go with only $45 o.b.o.
