WTS/WTT: Lake Country System 2000

Lake Country System 2000 pad washer. I bought this in 08 and have never used it. Still comes with snappy cleaner sample in original box with instructions.

I'd like to either trade it for a Universal Pad washer (I use DA's mostly now) or sell it outright for $110 shipped. They are 135 new from any vendor.

I believe they are basically the same item minus the name.

The GG uses a grit guard and a little 'bump' to clean the pads, and works with DA AND Rotary buffers. The System 2000 uses pad spurs and a big 'gear' that a rotary turns to bring cleaning solution/water up to the pad. The spurs themselves do the cleaning action.

They are similar, the only defect in the System 2000 is the fact it doesn't work with DA devices like the Flex/GG/G110v2 etc.

Yeah. It's odd that just a year or two ago these were hugely popular. I'm selling it for the price people were paying form the via GROUP BUY in 2007. It's brand new and I'll be losing money on it (I paid full price) with paypal fees and shipping. *shrug*
