I was looking for a rotary and came across this one on craigs list he is asking $100.00 do you think this is a good deal.

The model looks older than the Makita 9227c, and it looks like it's received a lot of use. I'm also very wary of buying tools from people who don't keep their them clean - IMO it gives an insight not only how well they maintained their equipment, but also how well the tool will operate and how much life it has left in it. -
