    Hey Nick,

That is a nice receiver! Too bad I just bought a Denon or I would take you up on it. I am sure someone will be interested though. Good luck selling it.

      Thanks Andy!
Yeah, it is very nice and I really hate to let it go. But it's time The "upgrade bug" has bitten me once again

That's a nice one at a good price. I currently have the Denon AVR-2308CI which I've had for about 2 years now. I agree with 101Impala something new is always coming out.

This is true. I have found though as I get older to settle if only for a little while. I absolutely love my Denon. I know a lot of us here are audiophiles and movie buffs(2hotford). Technology changes every day.

Hey Nick, good luck with your new system. Hopefully you can throw up some pics of that big screen you are setting up!

Right now I am running a Denon reciever and HD DVD player(a lot of good that is doing me since everything is blue ray now) along with Boston Acoustics speakers and a Sony HD Bravia 42" tv. I absolutely love my Boston sub! I am really happy.....for now!

Don't sweat the HD vs Blu Ray fight. Yes it's over and Blu Ray won, but your HD DVD play has a much better upconvertion capabilities that any of the Blu Ray players out there. I was an early adopter of HD(HD-A1), and it has been the best move I've ever made. I have quite a few HD DVD's, but this player is mainly used to upconvert my SD DVD's. I also have the Panasonic BD-30, and it doesn't do as good of a job at upconverting.

I'll get some pics up as soon as I get everything set up in the new room. So far my progress has been getting a new shed built in the back yard for storage. I've moved a bunch of stuff into the new shed, and waiting on some other stuff to sell(bigger items like a bed and table). Once thats all gone, the demolition starts!
Tear down a couple of walls, patch up the sheetrock, paint, carpet and install new equiptment! I'm getting excited!!!

You should come to my house sometime I was running 3 subs, but now I'm down to 2 Total of about 1500 watts of deep base, hitting as low as 15hz They will literally vibrate your pants legs.

That scene in Finding Nemo, where Darla taps the glass on the fish bowl actually cracked one of my exterior windows...Hence the reason I'm down to 2 subs now
