Vouch this chip-- Its amazing, and easily overclocked with even stock cooling.
I use it myself!
With the right graphics card, it can run anything on the market. In fact the ONLY thing I couldn't run on max graphics was crysis... but thats not the computers fault...
Great chip, I suggest grabbing an nvidia 8800 series card to go with it, and a "badaxe" intel motherboard. -

I totally agree!!! The E6600 was my first dual core and it was seriously worth the money. If I didn't buy an E8400, this wouldn't be sold.
