if you keep it.... it can be you and your son's future project car..... you can still live with it for a while since it has back seat to put the baby..... if you are concerned about gas prices.... you can always pick up a cheap 90s econ box as your daily driver....

Congrats on the baby. I'm of the school that family comes before cars. Make the right financial decisions now and put your family first, and you'll be able to have three times the car down the road -- seemingly tough decisions are always the most rewarding in the end.

trust me i want to keep her badly, but its not paid off i still owe 9k on it.and i got 1 credit card calling me,just got a house end of last summer.there is just no way to hang on to it,i could sell my blazer but there is NO way i would drive the car daily plus i work construction and she would be filthy everyday.we make ok money 60-65k a year but i will have another hot rod down the road, and with having a boy i cant wait the best news i ever got.plus the stress of money will be nice when its gone,i will miss her but it could be worse i was lucky enough to have it for about 2yrs.

Can you give it to a relative? Maybe they can keep it for you.
