I also must say that it's a rock-bottom price for the miles and condition. CarMax is selling very similar vehicles with 70,000+ miles for $26,000.

I have detailed it several times in the past, but it is a daily driver so I will wait to detail it thoroughly once it sells. It's really in good condition for a 4+ year old vehicle. There are also water restrictions where we live in South Florida so we can only wash our cars on select days, during certain hours, and with other restrictions.

Hey I was raised partly in Hollywood Fla! My brother still lives near there in Pembroke Pines.
